Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

Hi everyone , a customer  asked me to do a chestnut cake for her husband birthday (he loves chestnut) and she wants it to be decorated with it too.  The stores in my city only have fresh chestnut  , I usually bake them then peel them  but to get rid of  the skin  under the shell  it's frustrating   , when I peel them I always end up with broken pieces of chestnut  which is not a problem   for filling the cake  but I need a nicely peeled hole chestnuts for the decoration.

Can anyone tell me how to get a completely peeled chestnut ?
