<p>They asked me to pick five flavors, and I did. They sent six samples, one of which wasn't labeled... so ???</p>
<p>I took a picture and added a quarter for you to see the size, and each one weighs 2 oz on my kitchen scale.</p>
<p>I could probably use some on the cake, if I don't play with them all just for fun! :O)…</p>

<p>I have only done 1 Celtic wedding. Fortunately for me- they were very ok with the Celtic Knots in any media I wanted to use(I chose gumpaste) . They also wanted a Claddah Ring used. I found simply beautiful silicon molds at Global Sugar Arts. The molds will create very 3D looking knots and they come in a huge variety of styles and sizes. In your case, I would see if they would be willing to allow you to use chocolate (the Celtic Knot candy molds are also available at Global SA). Good…</p>
