carnival cake
My 11 year old Granddaughter just called me and ask for a carnival cake for her Birthday July7th. She wants a ferres wheel on top. So anyone have any ideas? She even ask for it to be a lemon cake, go figure...LOL

I"ve done a carnival cake before. Not with a ferris wheel but with a merry go round. It turned out very cute. For the Ferris wheel you could use straws and either cover them with icing and them gum paste or paint them with edible paint. Good luck.. sounds like a fun project!
