I bought piping jelly, for the same purpose from confection perfection ltd. It says on the tub "A versatile clear jelly for cake decoration and sugar craft. Use instead of apricot glaze to stick marzipan to cakes, add colour for novelty effects such as blue to create water or brown to create mud. Add to royal icing for brush embroidery" hope this helps you.

Wilton sells piping gel too in a tub. They both sound like the same thing only different companies. I've even used white Karo syrup and colored it blue, but the piping gel works best. If you google piping gel for the recipe, there is a recipe where you can make your own, but the piping gel is pretty cheap. That would be my best bet.

thanks a lot appreciate ur help
