Calling all Central Florida cake decorators

Is there anyone in Central Florida that knows of a baking supply/cake supply store other than Michaels (the craft store)?  I'm looking for somewhere local to buy fondant/baking pans/other cake supplies. I have a Michaels close by, however I am not a fan of Wilton fondant and that's the only brand they carry. I'm looking for pre-colored fondant. I need bright purple, bright green and bright yellow for a mardi gras cake. If anyone knows of somewhere in Central Florida please let me know!  Thanks and happy caking!!
