Cakelet or tea cake glaze

Hello!

I am being commissioned to make 3 dozen cakelets for a wedding in a few weeks. I have to make black, white and red glazes. I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes or wedding cakelet decorating ideas. That would be awesome! The cakelet pans I am using are attached. Thank you!!
