Cake Pops - How To Do this design?

Hi all,

I wanted to know if anyone has any ideas of how to do this design on cake pops.

How should I do the scroll work? Using royal icing once the pop is dried?  Also what is the easiest way to do the raised gold letter without having to paint it on the royal icing?  I can't seem to find any pens that would do this....

Any ideas would be great!!!
