Cake Decorating Classes in Birmingham, Alabama

Hi,

I also live in Birmingham. Besides the Wilton classes, there is no other classes that i know of besides  signing up at Culinard for pastery classes. I don'tknow if Jeff State has a classes. I belong to another website also called  www.yummyarts.com they have all kinds of DVDS you can buy or if you are a member view in the online library they cover the basics to elborate creations.

Thanks for the reply Allyson. I going to sign up for the Wilton classes next month. I'm excited, but a little frustrated by the lack of options. 
Have you taken the Wilton classes? If so, what's your opinion? If not, how did you learn?

Yes, I took the Wilton classes found them helpful, but I have to admit I have learned more from the yummy art videos.

I am considering offering classes in Alabama. Do you know of any other cake decorators who would be interested?

Hey Justbeck101. I have just signed up for my first Wilton class. I start next week. Yay!!!  To answer your question, I don't know anyone else that's interested at this time. However, I'm sure that I'll meet some people in the class that are interested. If so, I'll definitely let you know. Are you near Birmingham? What classes are you considering offering? Do you have an idea of what you would charge?
