Cake decorating classes in Boston,MA

My daughter wants to learn fondant techniques and cake decorating in general.  She lives in Boston and the only places she has found only teaches Wilton method which is fine but she already knows how to bake and place the fondant. Does anyone know someone or someplace in that area?   Thanks!  Chary
