Cake Decorating and Baking Show in the UK
Hi to all members in the UK. In case you didn't know there is a show on at ExCel in London on 27-29 April, hosted by ICHF. Looks like it might be quite an interesting place for us cakers. I'm going to try to make it there. Their description is -

So had my day at Excel yesterday and really had a fun day! Lots of stalls with demonstrations going on, really friendly people, some awesome cakes on display. Spent a bit more than I intended on tools and stuff, but it just had to be done and got some inspiration for an upcoming 50th birthday cake. Really looking forward to getting started on that, but think I need to do a bit of practice first as I'm going to be trying lots of new things!
