Hi Ryan,

I suppose it depends on how much you want to use it, what you want it for, how much experience you have and what your budget is.  There is such a huge range of prices, depending on the style etc.  I have a Cassie Brown, which is one of the less expensive ones on the market as I am a hobby caker and don't use it that often.  But I like it.  It's smallish and packs away easily and is pretty efficient.  I have heard that if you want to do detailed work with them then you need to get one that has a variable control on it, which varies the pressure of air and the amount of ink that comes out.  If you check on youtube, I think it's Roland Winbeckler that does a couple of video reviews on airbrushes.

From many airbrush badger airbrush are best. Babger gravity feed airbrush allows you to spray close to your work at a lower pressure...providing a tight line control, as well as the versatility of a 2" spray pattern. I'd recommend you badger airbrush and compressor, which will allow you to adjust the airflow to the desired pressure. Feel free to check out these and other popular Badger products on the website at http://www.artistsupplysource.com/brand/226/badger-airbrush/

Happy Airbrushing!
