Brush Embroidery....and my Craftsy Class
I had a cake to do last weekend that required a ton of work. The bride wanted me to replicate the lace from her wedding dress onto the cake. I attempted to make a mold from a swatch of the lace.... needless to say... that was an expensive experiment!!! That did not produce the result that I wanted it to. So I took the Vintage Cakes class on Craftsy that Collette Peters offered. And decided brush embroidery would be the way to go.
Here is the result of the class... glad I took it and the bride was thrilled with her cake!
