Bridal Shower...Class Reunion... Wedding... Surgery

This has been a crazy couple of weeks for me and it's not done yet! I hosted a bridal shower last weekend for our future daughter in law... pics are in my album. I had to travel 4 hours with everything so I took the cupcakes all baked and put the buttercream on them after I arrived. Had all the hydrenga blossoms all made so it went pretty fast. Her sister came and helped me with dipping the strawberries & pineapple and I did the pretzel rods. It was a ton of work but had a blast... got to spend some quality time with our grandson while I was there and got home today... my class reunion is this weekend and I am putting together the orderves and cupcakes for that too.... then the wedding in a couple weeks and then my second knee surgery. Guess I can rest after surgery huh?

This will be a great rest for you after all the fun you have had. Stay positive and think about all the wonderful and loving things you did that made many many people smile! That is what it is all about.

After your second knee surgery, you will be twice as fast! LOL!!! Get ready, get set and goooooooooooooo!

Thank you Sher. It won't exactly be rest as my body goes through a lot of trauma but I do sleep a lot with all the medication. Will be in the hospital for 3 or 4 days. The rehab is difficult but am hoping this one goes better than the last one did. I had another injection today to get me through the wedding!

Maybe Tucker will say Gramma's SUPER Fast!!! He loves that right now. He kept wanting me to carry him up the stairs last week so I'd turn it into a race and see if he could beat me.. sad thing is... I was trying and he still beats me every time!!!
