Try the Wilton website. They have some templates and so does Cake Central.

Google boat pictures or clip art of boats... you can make a pattern from there. I did a boat on top of a grooms cake and just formed it myself freehand. Boats are farily simple if they are fishing boats. If you are looking at a ski boat... find the picture that it is closest to and use it for a pattern.
