Hi this is my cake, I made this in my early stages of cake decorating and writing was my biggest fear. if I was to do it again I would make each key separate an place onto cake after, that way if you make a mistake you can roll it up and start again.
I used a rectangle tray 13 x 9 the cake was chocolate, the customer loved it (thats all that matters) infact I am this week making her wedding cake !! ooch first one,

yeah but as the same for you when you first started she fears writing on cakes because she feels her hands are shaky....she didn't like her letters at all and they were done in royal icing she did them over twice....the cake was a smaller scale of what you had because she is going to put it on top of a sheet cake.
