I would find one that feels comfortable in your hand. I went thru about 4 of my husbands before I finally find one that wasnt to heavy or bulky... guess I am picky...lol Some are easier to clean than others and I would make sure you can get replacement tips easily for them. Pearls are really hard on the tips

I use the DUFF brand airbrush - its small and easy to use.  Haven't had any issues yet.
