After I've crumb coated my cake...
How long can I wait before I ice my cake w/ buttercream? I crumb coated it tonight but don't want to ice it until tomorrow. How do I store the cake until then? Wrap it with plastic wrap, put in the refirg or store in air tight container, or a combination of these?
Any help would be wonderful, I'm new at this whole cake decorating thing.

HI! I usually leave it in a plastic bag, not too tight, so the cake cool completely, no refirg because can absorb odors or lost it's humidity and consistency, you can keep a cake like this 2 days, or you can frozen it 1 month in tight plastic film and aluminium covered. Have a great day !
