Cake Decorating Community - Cakes We Bake

I had a bride contact me today about making a deer head with antlers grooms cake. She said it didn't have to serve a specific number of people. I haven't committed to making the cake because I wanted to research it more. For people who've done this before, how difficult are they to make? I see the antlers are usually made from RKT or wire and aluminum and covered in either white chocolate or fondant. I am not a beginner and I teach Wilton Method cake decorating and have done a few 3-D cakes, but none quite so involved and of course I don't want to do a poor job on a groom's cake! I guess I'm looking for some encouragement, I'm feeling a little insecure about it. I do love a challenge though and have always done well when someone gives me a project that I haven't done before.  I don't usually look for tutorials for every little thing, but does anyone have a good tutorial for a mounted deer head and antlers? :) Thank you!
