1 tablespoon of merengue powder= eggs white?
hi,i need help bcz i m so confused about merengue powder.where i m living i did not find it and i know that it is eggs white powder.my problem is that if i do not use this merengue powder and i take only egg s white so how i do measure this bcz in my receipe 1 tablespoon merengue powder.i m confused in measurment.1 tablespoon of merengue powder= ......eggs white?

I was looking on line and I came across an article that said 2teaspoons meringue powder plus 2 tablespoons water = 1egg white.
