I have been asked to do a sheet cake for a blue and gold cub scouts banquet. It needs to serve 80 people. I have a 11x15 pan. Should I do a double stacked cake, or do two next to each other? What would you suggest? I am so bad at estimating serving sizes and number of servings, and I really want there to be enough cake.

Can anyone help me to prepare a chocolate cake? My kids just love chocolate flavours. The extra dark chocolate bars which are bought from Giddy Yo Yo ( http://www.giddyyoyo.com/portfolio/xtra-dark/ ) are their favourite. So this time I think of preparing a chocolate cake for them. If any of you have tried this at your home, let me know the ingredients needed and also how to prepare it. Thanks in advance.

Update: While trying to get the metric measurements for Katy, I found this http://dessert.food.com/recipe/best-ever-banana-cake-with-cream-cheese-frosting-67256?mode=metric&scaleto=1.0&st=null

I guess this is where the original recipe is from and gives you the ability to use metric measurements.
