The World Pastry Forum dates July3rd - July 7th 2011- 4 day hands on " Bakery Desserts & Operations (night 7pm-11pm) 3rd - 6th 2day hands on Chocolate classes 3rd & 4th or 5th & 6th optional 2 day hands on and 3 day chocolate demo.
