Miami Isomalt Classes with Sidney Galpern

Sidney Galpern will be teaching two amazing isomalt classes at Sweet Life Cake and Candy Supply on Saturday, Feb 8.
10-12-Stained Glass Isomalt Valentine Heart 
This technique of Stained Glass" was invented by Sidney. The class incorporates cast and pulled sugar/isomalt in various shapes and textures to create a unique stained glass effect for cake toppers and decorations. All supplies included, just bring a box and bubble wrap
1-4pm-Ice Cream & Candy Dream in Isomalt 
In this class you will create blown bubble ice cream cones, pulled candy and sculpted stands. 3 hours all levels, all supplies provided, just bring a box and bubble wrap.
