Event Description
Directly from San Diego for the first time in Italy, Kathleen will teach the Lambeth.
Teacher and demonstrator at prestigious academies, winner of numerous awards, Kathleen was one of the first cake designer to attend the course which lasts 150 hours "Lambeth Method" Master Course of cake decorating.
PREREQUISITES
Pupils should be able to know how to cover a cake and have a minimum of capacity on the use of ICES. It is also preferable to have a minimal knowledge in making shells, zig zags and stringwork.
