Event Description

I will be going in April to Texas. They will be having a Day of Sharing and after that I will be teaching a 2 day class on making a 3 tier wedding cake, the one on the photo.

Icing Texas D-O-S is on April 18, 2010 in Winnie, Tx. This an all day event and lunch will be provided. Shop for cake supplies at our vendors.

Demonstratros will be:

Pat Daigle (buttercream)
Edna De LaCruz ( hand molded flowers)
Dena Bryngelson ( saddle & haybale)
Edward Frys (airbrushing?)

Dena and Pat will be seen on TLC Ultimate Cake Off on April 12, 2010.
