Gumpaste Flower Demo at the Orange County Fair

I will be once again at the Orange County Fair August 1 - Aug 12 Wednesdays thru Sundays doing daily gumpaste flower demos. Orange County Fair

I will be creating different gumpaste flowers showing the whole process of how I make my ever so realistic sugar flowers. You can see  start to finish from cutting out the petals, adding texture, how to shap them giving them movement, drying them, and adding the petal dust to color to bring the flowers to life, and the assembly.

If any time changes occur I will update the info. You can also go to their site which I added for more information on the culinary dept schedule. There are contests, food demonstrations, and more. Last year it was great fun!!
