“Expo Dolcissimo”, Baja California’s first dessert expo to be held December 2nd & 3rd, 2011 in Tijuana. Everyone will get to sample & buy traditional sweet bread, cakes, creative fondues and fine desserts. There will be contests for the "Top Chef Pâtissier-Confiseu" in all categories. Experience cultural & artistic shows for all ages, vote on desserts, and participate in quick courses, Q&A from renowned dessert experts from So-Cal and Baja.
