Event Description
Prerequisite: Intermediate - Advanced Cake Decorating and Piping Skills.
During English Pressure Piping, students will learn the basics of piping figures used in English Lambeth style cake decorating along with basic overpiping techniques.
Students will be learning the proper consistency of royal icing, angles and pressure control.
Work will be done on gum paste & flood work plaques. All items completed as time permits and students skill level of cake decorating piping skills.
