Event Description
5 lessons 6-8PM on April 25, May 2, 9, 16, and 23rd.
In this class you'll learn the correct way to torte, fill and cover a cake with buttercream icing. Pressure and control piping, icing preparation, border and side designs, decorative writing and buttercream roses, rosebuds, sweetpeas, vines and foliage. At the end of the workshop you'll design and decorate a celebration cake.
