3rd Annual CNY Cake Competition

The 3rd Annual CNY Cake Competition is scheduled to be held on Oct. 1, 2011 at The Shops at Ithaca Mall in Ithaca, NY.  We have a Cake Decorating Competition that is themed Under The Sea this year.  There are 6 divisions - 2 for kids (Junior 7-12 yrs. and Teen 13-17 yrs.) and 4 for adults from beginner-professional.  Our King Arthur Flour Sponsored Baking Competition is all about Cupcakes this year.  There is a Teen and Adult Division for this competition.  We also have an optional class being held by Kim Morrison 2 time Oklahoma Grand National Wedding Cake winner as well as a Vendor Fair!  There is a possiblilty that we will be bringing in either Jay Qualls from TLC's The Next Great Baker to teach a Cake Business 101 class or MAry Maher from Foodnetwork's Cake Challenge and LAst Cake Standing to be a guest judge!  Don't miss this event there will be something for the whole family.
