Wow , Just finished going through all the bling bling cake entries, First off Good Luck to Everyone who entered,

They are ALL Truly Amazing cakes, all though i have knoticed that some of the cakes that should have votes dont have votes, &  some of the cakes dont even have any shine shimmer or any type of bling to them, I know its None of my business since we weren't able to enter into this cake contest, But from reading the rules , WHich we happen to love the new rules to these cake contests, there was supposed to be Bling on the cakes,

since going through all the bling bling cake contests entries, We had no choice but to vote on most of the cakes, they were all stunning Truly Stunning, Hopefully someday we can get that good,,,,

So aggain Good L:uck to all entrants ,

Just our opinion, LOL

Wes & Jaci - as I always say "You can enter a goat in a pig contest, but that doesn't mean it will win".  We let the members decide which cakes they want to enter.  Since it's a "bling" contest, then it stands to reason that the finalists will most likely have that element. :)
I geuss i should have watched what i was saying , i wasnt trying to offend anyone, sometimes i dont htink before i speak LOL , sorry to offend any one wasnt what i was trying to do , ,,, they are all amazing cakes Truly
No worries, Wes & Jaci. :)  I don't think anyone took offense.
How do I know if my cake was entered into contest?  My friend tried to vote for it but couldn't find it.  Do you just Fav it?  Please assist.

Serita, if your photo was entered it is in the featured photos at the top of the photo page.  There are over 100 cakes featured right now.

By the way, I don't know if this is the case but we view recruiting of votes from non-members as cheating.  The premise for our contest is that winners are selected based on votes from other cakers not from friends and family.

Thanks for the response Deah.  This is the first time I ask a member caker that she could vote on my cake if she liked it.  It was not family.  By the way, I agree.  I shouldn't of asked. I was wrong.  Thank you.

There wasn't anything wrong with that you did.  As long as she/he was a member there isn't a problem.  Where we have trouble is when members recruit friends and family to become members for the sole purpose of voting for them.

I searched throught the entries and found your picture.

Hi!  Im just wondering about the cakes for the contest that are "featured" on the photo home screen.  The ones that are there have been there all weekend.  Will they be rotated so everyone's cakes get a chance to be on that section?  Thanks!

Kerri, if you'll select the View All button right under those pictures you can see all of the featured photos.  The ones you see at the top of the photos page are the last ones featured.  Unfortunately we don't have a way to scroll them on this page.

Congratulations to Emilia Mintz and Rama Sola!  How do I find where the top ten cakes are?
Holly - they are the cakes in the "featured photos" section.  If you click on the "Photo" link at the top of the page, it is the top box. Click "view all" (lower right hand corner) and you can see them all.
