I just made my first batch of 70% cocoa and corn syrup. I need help with white chocolate.What is the best white chocolate to buy for this and is there a % that I should look for in white for Modeling? Please help..Thank You, Patty Soto

I've made it with Nestle white chips and had no problems!
When you used the white chips did you add the corn syrup to it?
Sorry...didn't see this post...yes, I added the corn syrup to the Nestle white chips....it came out great!
I have used the Wilton and Merkens chocolate too and it works well you do have to use the corn syrup. I have not worked with modeling chocolate a lot but getting ready to this next week making Sesame Street characters.
I made a man sitting in a chair this weekend and he and the chair came out great..I used Lindt 70% Cocao and Dove Silky Smooth. I mixed them togeather with the corn syrup... Came out great.... Good like with yours....
