I made this Super Mario Galaxy cake for a friend's son's birthday. This is an in progress photo. The planet domes are cake, the water is colored piping gel, the house is rice cereal treats and Mario and the star are a gum paste/fondant mix. All covered in fondant and hand painted. This was a fun cake to make!
