Katy...not to many bubbles. When I get thru beating I turn mixer down on low and let it swirl the frosting just a little. Not sure but I think that helps break bubbles.

absolutely gorgeous.  Betty you say you beat your butter cream for a long while - do you ever have problems with lots of air bubbles in it (I do).  If so, how do you get rid of them?

This is so lovely.  Your buttercream looks so creamy almost like whipped cream.  Makes me want to just dig in.
